Not only is chess fun, but it has proven benefits to brain development in early learners.  Studies show that through playing chess, children learn how to do thorough analysis and research before making decisions.  Mental clarity and mental dexterity will help children in solving problems, analyzing consequences and developing appropriate strategies in both the game and real life!  Chess with Mr. Dodd is on Fridays from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
